These terms apply when you use eSIMKenya.com (the "Site"), operated by eSIMKenya. By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What the Site is

eSIMKenya.com publishes independent reviews, comparisons, and travel guides about eSIM and mobile data providers for Kenya and East Africa. The Site does not sell eSIMs directly — every purchase link takes you to a third-party provider's own website, and your purchase is a contract between you and that provider, not with eSIMKenya.

Accuracy of information

We test network coverage, verify pricing, and update our content on a regular basis, and every review page shows when it was last reviewed. Even so, mobile network coverage, plan pricing, and provider terms can change without notice and can vary by device, exact location, and time. Always confirm current pricing and coverage on the provider's own site before purchasing, especially for safari and remote-area travel where connectivity matters most.

No warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that any eSIM or provider will work on your specific device, in your specific location, or for your specific trip.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, eSIMKenya is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or your purchase from a third-party provider linked from the Site, including connectivity issues, lost data, or trip disruption. Any dispute about a purchase — billing, refunds, activation, network performance — is between you and the provider you purchased from.

Intellectual property
